Installation Steps

1. Go to Plugins > Add New in your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Click Upload Plugin, Browse and Choose File, then select the ZIP file of the Countdown Pro Addon plugin. Click Install Now.
3. Click Activate to add the new widgets immediately.
4. Launch MotoPress Content Editor on any Page, Post, or Custom Post Type.
5. Check the Other group of objects to find the new widget – Countdown Pro.

How to Use Countdown Pro Widget

• Set the expiration date – the time at which the countdown expires.
• Define a start date to show the timer on this date and display custom text before this date.
• Select a time zone between server time and the visitor’s local time.
• Set the format of the countdown using ‘Y’ for years, ‘O’ for months, ‘W’ for weeks, ‘D’ for days, ‘H’ for hours, ‘M’ for minutes, and ‘S’ for seconds. Upper-case characters are required fields, and lower-case characters are displayed only if non-zero.
• Choose between Default (square) and Circular styles for the timer.
• Customize the following colors using the color picker:
  • Background color
  • Text color
  • Track color
• Modify the counter blocks to fit your needs:
  • Track background color
  • Block size
  • Track width
  • Digit size
  • Text size
  • Spacing between the blocks
• Add custom content to appear before the countdown starts and when it reaches zero.
• Set an expiration date redirect URL to automatically redirect visitors when the counter reaches zero.
